Roman Catholic Hospital Adds Area for Indian Meditation
This Catholic hospital in Bismark, North Dakota recently dedicated a $300,000 solarium and meditation room to accomodate Native Americans who want to "burn sacred herbs to chase away evil spirits" in order to heal loved ones at the hospital. It's no secret that the longevity of the Roman Catholic church as a bureaucratic institution is due in part to its ability to adapt to local cultures and assimilate the local "religions" into its system. St. Alexius and its 300 G's make a good case in point.

Oh by the way! It hit me while I was listening to "He Covers Me" that Campi actually sounds like BonHornsby. A cross between Bon Jovi and Bruce Hornsby. Whaddaya think?
